Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, for clients having difficulty contacting a particular partner/staff member after hours, please follow the steps below:

1. When you hear the voicemail greeting "You have called Guests...", please Press 5 (you don't have to wait for the message to finish).

2. Then proceed to key in the first 3 digits of the person's surname. (Eg. a = 2, z = 9). For staff members who have identical surnames, the system will give you a further option to chose which one of the two you want.

3. You will now be connected to the person you wish to speak to. If they are not available, their voicemail will come on. Please leave a message.
